Coaster and van hire for groups

How it is priced

Group transport is sold two ways.

• In the city: one block of hours and kilometres at a fixed price, with overtime by the hour beyond the block.
• Out of the city: by the day, on vehicles whose agency offers an intercity rate, plus the driver's night allowance for each night away.
• Filter by seats to find a vehicle big enough. The passenger count you give is checked against the seats you book.
• Tell the agency your pick-up, drop-off and passenger count when you book, so the right vehicle turns up.

How booking works

• Pick an offer and enter the details of the job — the price is quoted live for exactly what you enter.
• Log in with your mobile number and send the request to the agency.
• The agency confirms or declines it, unless the offer is marked "Confirmed instantly".
• Nothing is charged online — you pay the agency directly.
