How it is priced

A contract is priced by the month.

  • The monthly rate covers the car for a 30-day cycle, with the kilometres per month shown on the offer. Beyond that, each km is billed at the listed excess rate.
  • A driver, where the agency offers one, is a separate monthly rate on top.
  • Every offer shows its minimum number of months.
  • Self-drive contracts use the same verification tiers as rentals. With a driver, no tier is needed.

Company accounts

Book for your company instead of yourself.

  • Create a company account in a minute — company name, and optionally NTN, billing email and address.
  • Add colleagues by their mobile number. Admins manage members and see every company booking; bookers can book for the company.
  • Any service can be booked for the company: rentals, wedding cars, tours, coasters and monthly contracts.
  • Invoice billing: once RentGari approves your company, agencies bill your company bookings on one monthly invoice per agency, which admins can see and print from the account.
