The portal is free. The storefront is free. RentGari charges commission only on the bookings it brings you — and a booking that comes from your own WhatsApp is not one of them.

You will be able to add cars straight away. They go on sale once verified.

The portal

The software your desk runs on. Free, on any browser, on the counter tablet or a phone.

  • Your fleet: every car, its papers, its insurance expiry and its service history.
  • Bookings from every source in one queue — the marketplace, your storefront, and walk-ins your staff type in.
  • Rental agreements generated from your own wording, signed on the screen.
  • Pick-up and return inspections with photos on a standard damage sheet, so a dispute has a record.
  • Branches, per-branch staff accounts, delivery fees and a calendar per car.
  • Earnings and investor splits, and monthly invoices for corporate customers.

Verification

Every car on RentGari has had its papers read by a person here. That is the whole reason a renter trusts a number they have never heard of.

    Upload the registration book and the insurance policy for the car, in the portal.

  2. 2

    Fill in the insurer, the policy number and the expiry date.

  3. 3

    Press “Send for review”. Nothing enters the queue until you do.

  4. 4

    A RentGari reviewer checks the book against the car and the policy against the dates. Usually 24–48 hours.

  5. 5

    A failed check comes back with the reason, so you know what to fix.

A car cannot be listed without a photo, valid insurance and a passed review. We will not skip it for anyone, and it is not a setting.

The agency badge

Separate from the cars: five checks on the business itself — CNIC, address, bank account, phone and ownership documents — earn the RentGari Verified badge on your storefront. Your cars can be live without it.

Payouts and money

Plainly: the renter pays you, not us. This is what we do and do not do with money today.

  • The renter pays the agency directly — at the counter, by transfer, or however you arrange it.
  • Every payment is recorded against the booking in the portal, so the balance is never a guess.
  • Commission on a marketplace booking is recorded when the booking completes, and settled with RentGari separately.
  • Corporate customers on invoice billing get a monthly invoice from you, raised in the portal.

RentGari does not hold your money and does not take payment on your behalf. If that changes, it will be announced here before it is switched on.

What it costs

  • No setup fee and no monthly fee, for any size of fleet.
  • Commission only on bookings the marketplace brings you.
  • Bookings from your own storefront link, your WhatsApp or your counter cost nothing.

From signing up to live

The portal shows you this as a checklist and tells you the one thing to do next.

    Create the account

    Your business name, your city and the owner’s details. We send a link to set your password.

  2. 2

    Fill in your storefront

    Your page address, a photo of your premises, and the WhatsApp number new bookings should reach you on.

  3. 3

    Add your first car

    Its details, its plate and a photo of it.

  4. 4

    Send its papers for review

    Registration book, insurance policy, insurance details. Then a person at RentGari reads them.

  5. 5

    Publish the listing

    Set your price and put it on sale. It appears in search the moment you do.

You will get a link to set your own password. Your account is ready to use straight away; RentGari approves the agency before your cars can be booked.

Questions we get asked

Do I have to give you all my cars?

No. List one, list all of them. A car you do not list is invisible to RentGari, and a car you list can be blocked on any date you need it.

Do I lose my own customers?

No. Walk-ins and WhatsApp bookings are typed into the same portal, carry no commission, and their customer details are yours.

How long does verification take?

Usually 24 to 48 hours from the moment you send the car for review. A failed check comes back with the reason.

What if my insurance lapses?

The listing comes off sale by itself on the expiry date, and no booking can be made across it. Renew it and update the date to go back on.
